Candelaria Industries LLC, a Washington-based ownership group led by Rob Janicki, has reached an agreement to acquire the property located at 1902 Marine Dr, Port Angeles, WA, subject to customary governmental consents and approvals.
Candelaria is evaluating opportunities to return the legacy industrial property to productive use, including potential reuse of existing infrastructure and uses already allowed or permitted at the site. No final redevelopment plan has been determined.
Any future use requiring new or modified approvals would be subject to the appropriate environmental review, permitting, public process, and independent or third-party review/certification where required or appropriate.
